Legally, the organization is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, the Local Government of Manila, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). ACERT is recognized as a training service provider by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Department of Education's National Educators Academy of the Philippines (DepEd NEAP), the Local Governance Training and Resource Institutes Philippines Network (LoGoTri-PhilNet), and the UK-based Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
